How we handle
your information.

Mithryl Labs is a technology consulting company. This policy explains what data the site collects, what happens to it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.

Effective May 26, 2026

What we collect

Email contents. When you send an email to ben@mithryl.dev, we receive your email address, name, and whatever you choose to share in the message.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request metadata: IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs help us keep the site online and investigate abuse. They are retained for a short window and then discarded.

What we don't collect

No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting. The site does not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent tool. We do not build profiles about you, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.

How we use it

Email is used to reply to you, scope projects, and maintain a working record of our correspondence. Server logs are used to operate, secure, and improve the site. That is the entire purpose list.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests on our behalf and maintains its own infrastructure logs. Email reaches a standard business mailbox provider. We do not share your information with marketing, advertising, or analytics vendors.

How long we keep it

Email is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for records, tax, and reference purposes. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email ben@mithryl.dev and we will respond within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have rights to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. Mithryl Labs does not sell or share personal information. To exercise any right, email ben@mithryl.dev.

EU and UK residents

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The legal basis for processing email correspondence is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and performing services you have requested. For requests or complaints, email ben@mithryl.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For substantial changes that affect existing clients, we will reach out directly.
